Frank Bidart Wins Los Angeles Times Book Prize For Poetry

Bidart Great news for the FSG team this weekend, when it was announced that Frank Bidart's Watching the Spring Festival won the 2008 Los Angeles Times Book Prize for poetry.

We've of course been big fans of Bidart for the past couple of years on this blog. You can listen audio from previous years of him reading 'To the Republic,' 'If See No End In Is,' and from Stardust, 'The Second Hour of the Night.'
